If booking more than 6 weeks in advance of your holiday, a deposit of one third of the rental is due with this booking. The balance of your payment will be due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. See tariff for deposit amount.

For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date, the full rental amount is due at the time of booking.

An additional heating and electricity charge of £25 per week is charged for bookings commencing on the last Friday in September and up to and including the first Friday in May. If clement weather means that the heating is not required, this charge will be reimbursed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
The property is available from 3pm on the first day of the holiday and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.

Only persons named on the booking form may occupy the cottage, unless by prior arrangement. No more than 2 people plus an infant may occupy the cottage.

Due respect and consideration to neighbours must be given at all times.

Regretfully, no pets are allowed in the property.

The tenant must keep the property clean and in good order and will be responsible for any breakages. During the tenancy the tenant is responsible for the care of the Cottage and its contents. Tenants should leave the property in a clean and tidy condition including the correct disposal of rubbish for recycling. Please treat the Cottage with respect as you would your own home. A security deposit is not required as we will take tenants on trust in the event of any damages.

In the event of cancellation you will be liable for the full rental amount unless we are able to re-let the Cottage.

This contract is between you, the tenant, and us, the owners of Little Pittaford Cottage.

I declare that I am over 18 years of age and have read the booking conditions and general information regarding Little Pittaford Cottage. I agree to pay the balance six weeks prior to the commencement of my holiday.
