  Outside and to the front of the cottage is a private, south facing enclosed patio area, screened by a profusion of plants yet allowing views across the lovely gardens and brook which winds down to the Ley. There is a patio table and chairs for 4 and a barbecue will be provided on request. Gated side access leads to a graveled parking area.
